The Beijing Hotel holds the patent for Tanjia Cuisine. the Tanjia Restaurant is located on the 7th floor of Building C and is open daily for lunch, from 11:30 to 14:00 and for dinner, from 18:00 to 22:00. The China Ceremonial Restaurant features authentic Huaiyang, Shanghainese, Cantonese and Sichuan cuisines at their best. Offering a wide variety of both traditional and seasonal dishes, this restaurant will please any adept of high quality Chinese cuisine. China Ceremonial Restaurant is located on the 2nd floor of Building A and is open daily for lunch, from 11:30 to 14:00 and for dinner, from 18:00 to 22:00. The Sunshine Café offers an extensive à la carte menu as well as a variety of international cuisines on the daily lunch and dinner buffets. Our western Executive Chef is regularly changing the available dishes to incorporate specialties from all over the world. This is the ideal venue to entertain both friends and business associates or to just enjoy a relaxing meal. Sunshine Café is located on the 1st floor of Building A and is open daily from 07:00 to midnight. Gonin Byakusho is located on the 1st floor of Building E and is open daily for lunch, from 11:30 to 14:00 and for dinner, from 17:30 to 21:30. Anhua City restaurant has been operating in Beijing Hotel since November 2002. With a seating capacity of 500, the restaurant offers twenty-one cozy rooms and two elegant halls.
