Both men’s and women’s sections contain sauna and steam rooms, two massage tables, and three plunge pools of varying temperatures. Four mahjong rooms (surcharges) offer mahjong tables and a relaxation area with armchairs and sofas. Sixteen double massage rooms (surcharges) all have TVs, and also offer manicures and pedicures. The Prime Hotel also has an indoor swimming pool, and a fitness center with treadmills, weight stations, and cycling machines. Bicycles may be rented through the hotel.

Recreational opportunities in the city include tennis in the Dongdan district approximately 2 km (1.5 miles) from the hotel, and ice skating at the World Trade Center 4 km (3 miles) away.
