Entry visa to Guangzhou is granted against the Invitation extended by the CECF. Please approach the Embassy of P. R. China with the Invitation to get the visa. There are four more options:

1. In case of the absence of a Chinese Embassy in your country, kindly approach the Embassy of P. R. China in a neighboring country.

2. Visa Section , Office of the Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of PRC in the Hong Kong SAR.

3. Fair visitors can also entrust the visa application to China Travel Service (Hong Kong) Ltd.

4. During the Fair, visitors who leave Mainland China and want to come back to Guangzhou may apply for re-entry visa to the Visa Section for Aliens of the Commissioner mentioned in Item 2 or Division of Aliens and Exit-Entry Administration of Guangzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau (Add: No.155 Jie Fang Nan Road, Guangzhou.)

Documents Required:
Aliens who wish to apply for an extension or alteration to their visa or certificates shall submit the following certificates.
1. Original invitation documents from enterprises or organizations approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
2. Copy of Business Registration Certificate of Chinese enterprise.
3. Copy of Business Registration Certificate of Foreign Company's Representative Office in China

- The form should by completed in Chinese or English. Those born in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions should complete the form in Chinese.
- The form should be completed honestly.
- Applicant's name should be in Capital Letters according to their passport and should not be abbreviated.
- Tidy and clear writing is required.
3. Photo Requirement: One recent passport photo without background decoration.
