Meeting & Conferences

Seven adjoining function rooms are ideal for smaller banquets, meetings or theme parties of 18 to 90 guests. In the warmer months of April through November, the Shanghai Centre's terrace garden on the eighth floor can accommodate a four-meter high marquee to seat 228 guests amidst excellent city views.

The hotel's Marble Hall Ballroom is an impressive venue for conferences, seminars, board meetings, gala dinners, theme parties and fashion shows, and can be divided into three individual rooms for maximum flexibility. It features a spacious pre-function area and can seat 335 for a Chinese or Western gala dinner, 550 guests in a theatre-style format or cocktails. Adjacent to the Marble Hall Ballroom is the Shanghai Centre Theater with a 991-person seating capacity for larger conferences and entertainment. The Atrium, which has hosted the Vienna Opera Ball and such distinguished guest speakers as U.S. President Bill Clinton, can hold 550 people for dinner and 800 for cocktails.
